ORDER MANAGEMENT

Once you check out from our online store, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email which will provide a summary of your purchase.

Once the products have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. Please contact us if you did not receive, or have lost your tracking confirmation, and need a copy sent to you.

We aim to ship your order same day if received before 11:30am PST; or next business day.

The status of your order can be checked on clicking on View your Order in the confirmation email; or by logging in to Your Account on our website.

We cannot guarantee we can cancel your order before it ships because of our fast fulfillment process. Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your order on 1-833-285-6227. If your order has already shipped, then please follow our free returns process once you receive it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Australia and New Zealand customers

Please shop at www.bucknbass.au and select either Australia or New Zealand Region to obtain the best local pricing and local fulfillment.

Canada customers

Please shop at www.bucknbass.com and select Canada Region to obtain the best local pricing. Fulfillment is fast and free from the US (we pay the duties/taxes).

For all other international customers

Please shop at www.bucknbass.com and select USA Region. The USA store will accept orders from anywhere in the world. Free shipping and returns apply to our international customers worldwide and is completely free. We pay all duties/taxes.

Interantional orders from our www.bucknbass.com store will be shipped by UPS Air and you will receive a tracking number.

Please allow minimum 3 days and possibly up to one week for delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY FAQ

For small orders e.g. casual wear: your order should arrive in 2-3 business days to most locations in the United States but please allow up to 5 days. Delivery will usually be from USPS.

For technical wear or other large orders: your order should arrive in 2-3 business days to most locations in the United States but please allow up to 5 days. Delivery will usually be from either USPS or UPS, and FedEx in some remote locations.

Please allow more time for international orders, minimum of 3 days and possibly up to one week. Delivery is by UPS.

Yes, all orders are shipped insured.

Items cannot be added to an order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout and payment process. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order online.

Yes, we ship to post office boxes. 

Yes, we will ship to a military base address. Please note this means visibility will be reduced on your tracking information.

We do not ship to multiple addresses. Each individual order can only ship to a single address.

If you wish to send several items to different addresses, then a new order must be completed for each individual destination.

Yes. The shipping address can be different from the billing address.
