Winter & Rain

STEP ONE | PREPARE FOR WASHING
- Close all the main zippers of entry.
- Open all pocket zippers.
- Release tension on any cinch cords.
- Loosen and secure any velcro.

STEP TWO | WASH
- Put your garment in washing machine and use a mild detergent e.g. Grangers Performance Wash available on our website, click here.
- Wash in warm water 86F/30C on regular cycle with a second rinse cycle.
- After washing, shake off excess water.

STEP THREE | RE-APPLY DWR (OPTIONAL)
If your garment is no longer beading water, it is time to re-apply DWR:
- Close all zippers and put damp garment on hanger.
- Use a spray-on DWR and evenly wet face fabric of garment, targeting high-wear areas e.g. Grangers Performance Repel Plus available on our website, click here.

STEP FOUR | DRY
- Close all zippers.
If Step Three was performed, turn the garment inside out for maximum absorption of DWR by the face fabric.
- Place your damp garment into the dryer on medium heat for approximately 40-50 minutes or until dry.
- Remove promptly from dryer.
Note that heat will also rejuvenate existing DWR even if Step Three was not performed. Use a hair dryer on face fabric if no other option is available.
- Hang dry is also acceptable.

DO NOT
- Do not bleach, iron or steam press.
- Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
